PAYFOLIO LEGAL
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Payfolio (package name com.zafar.payfolio), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Payfolio.
2. The service
Payfolio is a portfolio organization and projection tool. It helps you record assets, estimate income, view scheduled payouts, and explore financial goals. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app develops.
3. No financial advice
Payfolio provides informational tools only. It does not provide investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and it is not a broker, bank, or financial adviser. Calculations and projections are estimates and may not reflect actual returns. You are solely responsible for financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide information you are authorized to use, keep your device secure, check important calculations independently, and use Payfolio only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted portions, or use the app to harm others.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal details will be displayed before purchase. Payments and cancellations may be handled by the app store through which you obtained Payfolio and are also subject to that store’s terms.
6. Intellectual property
Payfolio, including its software, interface, branding, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
7. Third-party services
Payfolio may interact with services provided by app stores, device platforms, or other providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services, and Payfolio is not responsible for third-party products or availability.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Payfolio is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, or that the service will meet every requirement. You should maintain your own records and not rely on Payfolio as the sole record of financial information.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Payfolio and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Payfolio at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these terms, misuse the service, or create a security or legal risk.
11. Changes
These terms may be updated as Payfolio evolves. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the official Payfolio support contact shown in the app’s store listing.
